Mom Tells Her Toddler Twins To ‘Go To Bed’ – Their Response Is Every Parent’s Dream

We don’t know who she is, but the mother behind the Family Fun Pack vlog may very well be the luckiest mom on earth.

It’s every mother’s dream to get their kids to bed at night without a fight.

But for this mother, it’s a reality! Not only do her twins Zac and Chris go to bed without throwing a tantrum, but they put themselves to bed. Yes… you heard that correctly. They put THEMSELVES to bed AND are excited about it.

We cannot confirm or deny whether this mother is some sort of magical witch, but here’s a little bit of insight on how this mysterious and rare phenomenon occurred.

“I took this video for my family who lives far away, so they could see how the kids were growing and becoming pretty athletic at a young age,” their mother explains in a YouTube video captions. “We never taught them to do this. One day I told the Zac and Chris, identical twin brothers, to go to bed and they did it! They just ran to bed and hopped in!”

All she did was speak the magic words asking them to get in bed and they did… imagine that! And this wasn’t just a one-time freak thing.

“I was shocked, and now they do it on a regular basis. This is their favorite part of the day, when they get to parkour themselves into their beds together and see who makes it in first,” she explains.

These little tykes were just 1 and 1/2 years old in the first video of their nighttime routine. But at age 2, they are still putting themselves to bed at night.

The most amazing part about it is that they seem to LOVE it and are super happy to go to bed.

According to Aha! Parenting.com, you can teach your kids to fall asleep on their own too!

They offered the following tips on how to teach your child to put themselves to bed:

  1. Start winding them down for bed early in the evening
  2. Follow the same routine every night to help set their biological clocks
  3. Make their bed cozy and inviting
  4. Give them a bedtime snack to hold them over until morning
  5. Don’t give naps too early
  6. Let them get fresh air, sun, and exercise in the daytime
