Today Mother Nature gives us the blessing of beautiful skin! Skin tags, warts, blackheads, and age spots all have natural remedies to them that are gentler to your skin, but don’t skimp on the results! We’ll even take a look at natural ways you can cleanse your skin to give you that beautiful glow while at the same time preventing these things from happening as much as possible!
Of course, it is important to remember that though “skin abnormalities” are considered “health problems” that they are a completely normal part of living life, however, we don’t have to exacerbate these problems by utilizing harsh chemicals that may contribute to other health problems down the line!
Lets remove those skin tags!
Often debated as to the cause of skin tags, perhaps they occur more due to genetic s for example, but it is widely accepted that skin tags come about when your skin excessively rubs together and hence their occurrence in folds and in the overweight.
Apple cider vinegar applied 2-3 times a day over the course of 2 weeks via a cotton ball until the skin tag eventually changes color and falls off is a great solution! Tea tree oil is also quite effective in removing skin tags, applied in much the same way, but your persistence must withhold for at least a month.
Restore your skin from warts!
Warts are the result of the human papilloma virus, or HPV, and bananas (rubbing the inner part of the peel on the wart), raw honey, apple cider vinegar, and garlic (its juice, twice a day) are all great options for getting rid of warts over the course of two weeks. When you use one of the more liquid options do make sure to wrap the affected area so that the treatment will remain on it and absorb into it.
Fight age spots/dark spots!
Spots like age spots and dark spots can result due to liver irregularities, but mostly sun damage over a lifetime. However, they can be easily dealt with using lemon juice, Vitamin C serums (perhaps the most effective way), aloe vera, and even onion juice!
Horseradish and vinegar mixed together and applied to the dark spot shows that though perhaps a little off-putting sometimes it is the most unlikely of solutions that get the job done in nature!
Cleanse away blackheads!
The result of dirty or clogged pores, blackheads love to spring up on your nose, and are often due to the prevalent environmental pollutants we collect on our face throughout the day.
You can create a sugar scrub to exfoliate and soften your skin with raw organic sugar and lemon juice mixed together till it is a manageable paste! After mixing it up you can massage your face with it using an organic cotton ball or your hands if you want to go off the books!
Steaming your face is also a great way to open and cleanse your pores! Simply boil some water, place a towel over your head and the pot, and enjoy your own personal sauna for about 10-15 minutes! After you can rinse your pours with some colder (but not frigid) water to shrink your pores back up!
Your skin will certainly thank you for considering its health, our bodies are so porous that it’s an important consideration that even though we are treating our skin, what we are applying to our outer body finds a way of getting inside. Therefore choose wisely when going with the products that don’t come from good ol’ Mother Nature!
